AlcaSpace by Alca Technology Srl successfully operates in the business of design, construction, and testing of space
simulation chambers.
We employ the skilled know-how developed by Alca Technology Srl in over thirty years of experience in the UV and UHV
fields to serve the aerospace industry.
All our activities are supervised by ISO 9001:2015 quality system certified by TÜV.
As its parent company, AlcaSpace stands out in the aerospace industry for its engineering skill in developing
custom-made plants.
This allows us to manufacture chambers that differ in shape, size, type of cooling system, and thermal performance.
Furthermore, in order to satisfy copious market needs, we have developed three basic standard models based on the
market's most used products.
Our plant has a covered area of approximately 2,000 m2 and an additional 1,000 m2 uncovered for components washing.
In our company, there are internal design and project management offices, a production department, and an assembly
and testing department that allow a highly optimized management of work on the same organizational and production
work line already well known and appreciated by the numerous customers of Alca Technology Srl.
The area dedicated to assembly and testing has a resin floor anti-dust of about 1,000 square meters, equipped with
10 tones overhead traveling cranes and various jib cranes for lifting and assembling the pieces. The overall area is
air-conditioned in order to execute assemblies and testing at monitored temperatures.
An independent dust-free clean room kept under overpressure and equipped with special pocket filters, is available
for those operations that require an extremely high clean level. In case of need, it is also possible to obtain the
certification of the level of cleanliness in a clean room.
